Hts350 Soundbar sound dropping out for a second

Hoping someone can help we have the Hts350 soundbar but the sound keeps cutting out it’s only for a second but it’s really annoying it is connected via the HDMI Arc. It happens whether we are watching Sky or YouView etc ?? Can anyone help thanks
