Bought new UBP-X800m2 yesterday & claim Bohemian Rhapsody fail!!!!

Has anyone been able to claim the above 4K disc? I bought yesterday by currys / pc world website , brand new UBP-X800M2 and Sony do not want to send me mine, I have all the Currys receipts and a picture on the actual machine, just templated answers? how is possible when i register my brand new player claim not availble serial number was used how it is possible , very disapointed , shame SONY!!!!!!!!!!

i bought brand new Sony UBP-X800 m2 player from Currys /PC world , when tryin claim my disc 4K disc SONY website , reject my serial number and look like some use the serial number before , but i bought brand new stright from Currys warehouse i have ricept !!!!shame sony

Hello @juribmw1,

maybe you tried too often to submit your claim, and one went trough, making your serial number being bound to your other claim.

Also @r_a_n_i can help you on that matter, even though he is located in Germany.
