Has anyone been able to claim the above 4K disc? Sony do not want to send me mine, even though they have have all the amazon receipts and a picture on the actual machine, just templated answers.

i have exactly same problem i bought brand new Sony UBP-X800 m2 player from Currys /PC world , when trying claim my disc SONY website , reject my serial number and look like some use the serial number before , but i bought brand new stright from Currys warehouse i have ricept !!!!shame sony

hi ! thank you The_Black_Rose for your help yesterday Mary from Sony support ask me about details and we will see , i will send proof of purchase and photos my new 4k player including serial number , now i waiting on answer !have good day and thank you once again for help !!!!
