Bravia KDL43WF663 and BBC iplayer 24-11-2019

Hi,

I have 2 x Sony Bravia Model KDL43WF663. Today both stopped streaming BBC iplayer programs, just keep buffering. I thought it was a problem with my wifi at first. However My5, UKTV play, ITV HUB and 4, all load and run without a problem.

Has anyone else had problems with iplayer recently?

That's so strange. Have you tried refreshing the internet content? Home - Settings - System Settings - Network - Refresh Internet content.

Thanks for that. Got the issue sorted after help from Sony engineer. Turns out the problem was not the TV but an external problem.
