    <description>&lt;P&gt;What has happened to Sony's quality? I have been using Sony products for 30 years and I have been a happy customer all the way. If there were an issue Sony support took care of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Based on reviews and according to my own experience especially TV quality has gone very bad. And this isn't the whole story: support quality has dropped even more. Knowledge is surprisingly low and what is even worse, the attitude has word all around it. I am more than disappointed with what I have experienced last few days. I just browsed few reviews and the same feedback seem to be repeating among user feedbacks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to file a customer complaint, but there is not such an email or contact.. or is there? Anyone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Sean,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Support team ignores my complaints. Been there, done that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually it seems that after complaint they put customers in black list and no more responses to new support tickets. So the link is useless for me. Thanks anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very disappointed customer. I was willing to pay more to get decent quality. What I got? Unfinished product with several issues and support with low attitude. I would never expected this from Sony. After browsing reviews and user comments, this is really the level of Sony support today. Unbelievable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel sorry for Sony crew: they used to be part of success story.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I actually was contacted by Sony support. However they didn't ask what is wrong. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; This could be funny, but it is not...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still no contact information to someone that is responsible of support quality. I start to understand why...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And while I am struggling&amp;nbsp; with the TV more annoying issues keep on coming. Now TV is loosing the recording device every couple of days. Restart helps (as it helps on many other issues actually). Just that I don't want to reboot €3k TV every couple of days. It should work better!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
