Xperia Z2 doesn't start correctly

A few days ago, my mobile phone was blocked, I restarted it but after switching on when the application screen appears it is blocked, I started it in error-proof mode and the same thing happens, it starts correctly but a few times seconds is blocked.

Can I recover the mobile information in any way?

How can I reset it to factory values ?.

for every phone there is a button-combination you have to press for a certain amount of time to reset the phone.
