Unable to Register my Product: WF-SP700N

I got a new noise cancellation WF-SP700N buds, and I am trying to register them.

Even after enter all Mandatory details, I am unable to Register (the Register option is disabled). Could anyone help if they have encountered a similar situation?

I've checked the website and the 'Register now' button is working from my end. Can you try using the link here.

If you're still having issues I would suggest perhaps trying another browser.
