The following message on my screen when I try to send photo from my phone after turning on PlayMemories mobile. " smartphone is already connected to another wireless AP. Start this application after connecting to the camera with WiFi setting of smartphone, the WiFi connection becomes stable”. (Display or Settings options).

does this mean altering something on my phone or on my camera?

this means your smartphone is connected to another access point (probably your home wifi router).

Hello @Vixpics,

to me it sounds like you should manually connect to the cameras WiFi hotspot via the phones WiFi settings.
