&lt;P&gt;even in industrial disc-pressing, it can happen that a disc is faulty. If all other games you have at home work in your PS4s disc drive, I assume the disc of Fallout is the problem and you should replace it.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi guys need some advice im having major issues with fallout 76, ive installed it 3 times i insert the disc and everytime it reads that the disc is damaged or dirty etc despite it being brand new? any advice to help fix the problem? ive rebuilt data base ive restarted etc will it work if i just get a new disc? cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
