      <description>Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My xz is brand new, I've had it for three weeks now, never had accidents, falls or wet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The touch screen seams to have some kind of issue, it's very difficult to swipe left the screensaver (it bounces back) also makes typing a nightmare, because it assumes that I'm swiping through letters, which I'm not. Lately I noticed that videos on instagram won't play.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've already done diagnose test, updated to Android latest version, disable glove interaction.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope there is anything that can be done other than a factory reset.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

If it was recently, was it after something special that it started? For example, installing a specific app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How did the phone behave when you performed the test in Diagnostics? Also, what test did you perform in Diagnostics, Display or Touch screen?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would advise you to reboot your phone to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008" target="_blank"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; in order for us to rule out this being caused by one of your downloaded applications since they will be temporarily disabled in this mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keep me posted!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I am experiencing the same problem after booting into safe mode, u had this problem when I took it out of the brand new box, this is a software problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
