My phone dosnt charge fast. 90 sec for 1 precent isnt fast charging. My zenfone 2 Was charged faster then xz pre.

do you use a quick charger or a standard one? for fast charging you'll need a Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 compatible charger and in some regions it isn't included with the phone.

Also, in addition to what najodleglejszy said, fast charging doesn't always kick in immediately.

There are many factors which are important.

Are you trying to charge from 90-100%? Then for sure it will charge very slowly to save battery life.

Charging from 0-10% instead should go much faster.

Also have a look at your charger. Is it the UCH12W or the UCH20C?

It seems that the device is bundled with different chargers in different regions.
