XZ stopped charging

Well, after 8 months my XZ has now stopped charging. The USB port is the same as before, a little loose like it always was but not obstructed in any way. The connector still clicks into place but it just fails to charge. This USB charging port has always had an air of fragility about it and I'm annoyed that I now have to send my phone in for repair to no doubt come back scratched.

My xperia xz does not charge from USB of my car since last update.. Maybe same problem with you...

You need to contact your Local support regarding this problem

can you test a different car charger?

Yeah Ive tried it. It same too.. But Im sure it was working b4 last update. I think some app block it to charging by different usb port. Btw Ive tried charge by computer its work..

since its a third party product its really hard to test that, if anything could you try a different charger?
