ok, so, there is a "H" on the exterior screen and the screen of the jalou dolce gabbana, how do you remove it??? how can i make it not to show?

Hi,

This is the symbol that lets you know an internet connection is possible. It does NOT mean you are connected to the internet.

You can turn it off in the following menu SETTINGS > CONNECTIVITY > MOBILE NETWORKS > GSM/3G NETWORKS. Select GSM Only and the symbol will be removed.
