I'm having email issues accessing my phone

Hello,

A friend of my tried to get access to my Xperia x10 by guessing my code, she managed to get it locked instead, now it asked me for me email and password, however I can't remember these details, I tried the the email I log into google with, but it doesn't work. What should I do?

Hi,

You'll just need to update your phone software:

On the computer: Start PC Companion.
On the computer: In the Support Zone descriptor, in the Software Update section click Start Repair and follow the instructions on the screen.
Turn off the phone.
Connect the USB cable to your computer.
On the phone: Press and hold down Back key and connect the USB cable to the phone.
Follow the instructions on the screen.

Note : The software in your phone will be replaced. All personal data stored in your phone will be lost.
