Just bought my sony XA1 two weeks ago and I've got some problems with it.

My application always no responding when i use it. Moreover, when i use 'Live' on instagram it just live for 2 secs and then not responding. I have done factory reset and uninstall the app. But this problem keeps running.

which applications aren't working?

do you have an antivirus or taskiller installed?

Instagram. When i want to live in instagram it just hold on for 2 secs then instagram not responding. I have AVG antivirus. I alread uninstall it. But it cant solve the problem.
