Sony Xperia XA1 Stuck On Boot Screen

Hello, i have the sony xa1 for litterlarry under one month. the phone has been stuck on the loading screen for days. have tried the sony companion and it wont load my device on windows it says cant install driver.

Know i would love to know how to either put this odin mode or a safe mode to install software. as holding down the valume down key and placing the usb connecter inside dont work and is driving me crazy.

I dont want to wait 5-10 days for you guys to fix it, i'd rather fix it at home as it would be alot speedier.

Please HELP.

Hi @TheGiles14, welcome to the community. I am very sorry to hear about this issue

The first thing to do is remove the SD card and SIM card and try to boot it up.

Can you please confirm if you have tried to run a software repair using Xperia Companion?

Yes tried both ways. Still no luck when it says hold volume down and plug USB nothing works just goes on charging screen. The driver you see at top is what it install on PC.
