I need immediate help. Red Light after failure of software repair.

Hi goodmorning.

I was trying to fix my phone because their were some problems un terms of charging it. I read some topics in the forums on how to fix such and one is downloading the Xperia Companion. I did what the instructions said. I waited and guess what, it failed. Please help me because I cant afford to send this for repair and I just bought this phone 2 weeks ago. Please help me. I really really REEEAAALLY need it right now.

Hi @Butchoi, I'm very sorry to hear this.

If the software repair failed you can try to perform the repair again. If this doesn't work however, then I recommend that you contact your Local support team for further assistance on how to best proceed.
