      <description>&lt;P&gt;On my previous phone it was possible to use the Wi-Fi network you're connected to for location tracking purposes without GPS needing to be turned on. Is there any way that I can turn location tracking on permanently without having GPS active the entire time?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
