Hi, could someone please help me. My son has Sony Xperia E4G and he's enthusiastic Pokemon Go player. Now he's not been able to play it for two weeks as he keeps getting an error message ('Our servers are humbled by your incredible Response') from the game site. As he tried to log in to the game with another phone with his account; there was no problem. So the problem must be in his phone. All game forums have suggested us to reboot the phone, delete the game and re-load it again, erase game data etc. I think we've done all that, but we still get the error message Now my son wants iPhone.... Could anybody here help us, please?

Hi!

I recommend that you first test if this happens both over WiFi and mobile data. This sounds like it could be related to the internet connection or the internet settings you have.

Can other apps in the phone like Chrome, Facebook or Youtube connect to the internet properly?

If your operator uses proxy/port, you can also try to remove these under Settings -> More -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names -> [your settings] and see if that helps.

If it still doesn't work, i recommend that you contact the app developer for further investigation. But it might be that the app is not compatible, it says on Google Play that it's compatible with phones that has 2GB RAM or more. Xperia E4G has 1GB RAM so it might not meet the requirements.

The problem isnt with the ram as it is still possible to play the game by first logging into a trainer account, signing out and then signing in with your google account. This takes long and doesnt always work.

It is great phone and best phone I ever owned. but if Pokemon GO do not start, SONY simply try to blame on App developper, because they do NOT know how to solve problem. my son's Telstra BUZZ GX is only 1GB RAM, NOT 2GB RAM as Pokemon Go suggested..but plays Pokemn GO with no problem. as far as spec goes my Xperia E4G is better. so how can XPERIA explain that? Pokemon Go was working untill 0.33 update. so it is unfortunate that Pokemon Go is not working. Next time I will not buy SONY phone. thats for sure....
