3G signal is not working

My phone works fine on LTE but when it goes to 3G it drops to the 1st bar and never goes up data, calls, sms stop working so when in this problem going to be fixed. I've seen alot of problems regarding signal is there any update that can fix this because inside of my home i have no service even if i have 1 or 2 bar on 3G mode, but when i go outside the LTE comes back on and work normally any help? Because everything indicates that thd phone is the problem

does this happen when you are on safe mode?

try to change your network type to 3g only. settings>more>mobile networks>network type

I have tried everything and nothing changes, right now i have not signal at all im using wifi to get online if i use another phone device ill have the signal working normally but in the xperia xa not but once i get out from my home start working on lte if goes to 3g ill have 1 or 2 bars of signal and no data, calls or sms working, by the way the safe mode i dont know how to activate it or enable it

just click on the linke ---> safe mode

and try using other simcard,

I just tried it and still nothing happens
