Please Help, my xperia c not charging

Hi first of all sorry for my bad english

My phone is sony xperia c 2305

I have this problem today that is my phone not charging and not showing any led indicator like usual (red led), it is however show the red led when i turn off my phone and charging, but when i turn it on the battery level still same (not charging at all)

I already try safe mode and charging but still no effect

I also try different charger and still not working (but the charger working on other phone, so its not the charger problem)

It also not detected when connected to my laptop (not charging and not detected at all, but its working before today)

Please help me

I think you will must take it to service, it can be a dead motherboard...you can try take off the battery for minute, then take it back, let it charge for night and if still nothing, then take it to service...

thanks for your response sir but i cant take the battery out since it was planted in the phone

Yes, I can see it now, i forgot that in this model battery cannot be removed...so I recommend you let the phone charging for night (let it turned off) and if still nothing, then take it to your nearest service.
