Very bad mobile phone expensive and service also. Nobody give me any good solution or attention for the problem i have. And i see in the forum community of this site so many have the same problem of my, so that mean sony scam for clients. So ashamed for a big company like sony. I was contact sony service after two days buy my mobile xperia z3+dual and they suggest me to update the softwware but thatsis because so many peoples already report the same problem without a solution until now, thats a big big mistake by sony. Thats a scam in big proportion so i suggest the sony to change the mobile phone to peoples buy it and not scam them like is a single problem.

The question is: did you even try updating or repairing your current software as they suggested? Such problems are fixed via software patches easily. I own a Z3 Dual and I had some problems with overheating in the past but now I don't.

Z3 processor is powerful, may be as powerful as your laptop. And using heavy applications and camera will cause it to heat up, that's normal, especially if you live in a country with hot weather. What software patches do is optimising the usage of phone resources under some circumstances to reduce heat generated. Give it a try first then report back please, and don't forget to back up your data first.

Software repair: Open PC Companion -> Support zone -> Phone/tablet software update -> Repair my phone/tablet (blue link style). Follow the steps given, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.

before this issue i already post another one where i explain i already try that suggestion you ask me now here and nothing happen. So what also i have to do?? thats great mobile phone had this trick already to thousand peoples , is that the solution sony ask to us?

Has the camera always been noisy? Is this something new with the issues you are having or has the phone always been this way since day one?

My previous z3 had issues with noisy camera and overheating and it turned out to be a dud so I got a replacement. It was a good thing I didn't use the phone for the 30 minutes of talk time or go past 14 days after purchase or I would have been stuck with it and have to deal with sending it in to get it warrantied says my porovidor lol.

i already follow up what your operator in jkarta ask me to do... so i bring my hp SONY E6533 Z3+DUAL again to cellular world denpasar where i buy it more then a year ago, like you see in all my mail and report to SONY from my hp after 3 moths i buy it i have problems with camera , every few pictures i take the cam switch off.. with ,message beacause so hot... so at celluar world they said that was normal first time then second time they said i brocken up the hp, and they want repair it not in warranty, but i said no, then i contact again sony website italy and in the united states, so they reply to me to contact sony in jakarta because all was made in warranty , then i follow it, then i want send the hp ti jkarta but your operator said cant mustly follow the procedure so bring to cellular world in denpasar and they send it to jakta, but when i was there they dont want send it , because was not in warranty and they want repair it by follow payment by my self. so i said again no... after call again jkrta they said to me just bring there then we follow up the hp until jkta, so i back to cellular world again and after 2 hours of talk and upset e henalf ... they accept it to send to jkta... but not in warranty , yes warranty expire because of them they used to do that from first time i was there...now i just call jkta after give my hp to cellular world on 21 december and in jakta they said there is no hp send there from the invoice number i give them... thats the final so i lost my hp after all?? i remind this mail to all sony site i write before ... for prove what happen in bali with that kind of service very pouvre and nothing professional. i have a video of what happen at cellular world few times and pictures...so get more prove also by record discussion with them.. i am so tierd and upset after spen thusand dollar for that phone i get stressed bad service at all and now maby also lost my hp.. thank you sony
