Sony Xperia Z3 Dual high temperature issue in camera and noisy images

I bought Sony Xperia Z3 Dual 4 days ago and update it . I have one big problem in camera because when i want to record video , after some minutes i receive this message :

" Camera is temporarily unavailable due to high temperature. Please wait for your device to cool down before you can use the camera "

even for rear camera images are noisy in bad quality :|||||

When this problems will solve ?! I paid money for this phone to use any options on it but when i can't use camera as well you think i'm happy ?

SONY PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH NEW UPDATE !!!!!!!

The temperature issue can normally be caused if recording in 4K over long periods and also the temperature of your country if it's hot will also be a factor however as you have just updated you may wish to consider performing a system repair

Performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Thank you for replay . My country have cold Weather and i dont have any problem with my location weather , i must note that i have temperature problem for normal recording and not for 4K , I think for 4K recording it will be weaker . but i will test your solutions and write result here maybe help other one .

Usually a system repair is the best option - Well it is for me as I find performing one will erase any unintended bugs caused through a firmware update and starting fresh is best but this is my opinion and is the same for many members over on XDA

I'm amature in sony because all of my phone's before z3 was from Samsung and Htc . There is any video tutorial of your solution ? because i'm worry to do it wrong and make mistake for phone .

Yes but what ever you do dont cool it in sea water or swimming pools that have chlorine in them, only fresh water can be used

Actually the only type of water that the device shouldn't be used in is sea water. Chlorine is alright as the device is IPX8 which allows it to use it in chlorine water. Only using it to long could make the gummy seals corrode .

I have the Z3 Xperia. I have the same issue. I live in south africa. I got the same camera will shut down issue only after 5 minutes of taking photos, not even doing 4k video. I found that if you use another camera app, like google camera you dont get this issue. I dont think the issue was fixed by Sony because i am now using lolipop and the issue still persists. Pity Sony does not release an update to fix this. Dissapointed. Such a great phone with such an obvious issue.

The battery is discharging faster after I upgraded to Lollipop. And the phone has higher surface temperature on upper part (top 3 - 4cm) by ordinary use. Has someone same issiu like me?

This Is one of major problem with this upgrade. Didn't Sony warn you about all the improvement aka issues in the update? Oh well they didn't me either. So welcome to the club of Sony loosers. Sony made fool of us by ruining a lot of perfect phones.

My friend dario, thank you for your comment, I'm facing the same problem, really it's very annoying to have these problems in Sony Xperia Z3. It's Very annoying to buy the latest Sony mobile around 570 $ and then to find these silly problems!!!

I'm very frustrated... I'm regretful to change from Samsung to Sony!!!

Don't create duplicate posts. with that said.

you might have a LOT of apps running in the background, creating this issue, repair the phone with PCC and check again.

This issue has nothing to do with a repair with pc-companion. Neither is related with apps running in background.

Whenever you use the camera while a short period of time with non 4k video or pictures, the Z3 begins to get hotter and the closing advise appears. Of course the advise appears faster if the weather is hot.

If you use other camera apps diferent from Sony official app (Google Camera for example), they don't check the temperature to work and the phone gets even hotter. Take care with this.

I think that the problem is worst in Lollipop than it was in Kit Kat, altough I have no way to probe it.

You can check the smartphone temperature with CPU-Z temperature available in Play Store for free.

I hope that something changes with this with a new software update, because I really like to use my phone camera.

I have to say I only have the temperature issue but not the noisy images one.

Yess i have sony xperia z3plus ...too i am having same problem after update my phone it was good before.
I bought this mobile cause camera is very good ..good clearity.and now I m takin some of continue pics nd suddenly messages comes for high temperature .
I m scared for that and feeling very very upset. I trust sony phones so I bought this . Sony can solve this problem
Pls do some good update so this prob will solve pls
