Trying to add Hotmail Contacts

Hi all

I apologise for posting an question that might have been answered already, but I been searching through posts and haven't found any answers. My problem is simple, I am unable to add my Hotmail account as an additional account in my Contacts. Any help or pointers will be appreciated.

can you try to set Contacts to display to ALL, in contacts app settings
