    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was recently out on a day out with my kids and had my phone in my pocket when i went to look at the time i noticed my screen was cracked i got it priced in 02 they said £100 to send it away and get it fixed but my phone is under warrenty with sony should i have to pay anything towards it or does it get covered under my warrenty as i dont know how it happened as it was in my pocket in a leather phone case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There are myriad reasons on how the screen could crack, maybe it got bent, or you sat on it, or was hit, I understand the frustration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
