Hi @LucasMendes, sorry to hear about this.

What @uliwooly suggested is a great way to see if the microphone is working in your device or not. In the test you will be able to record a short recording of your voice and in the next step you will hear the recording being played.

If the microphone isn't working in the test, try rebooting your device in safe mode and do the same test again. This way we can see if this is caused by a third party application or not.
