Xperia E4 discharge bug

I dont know if there is a proper place to report bugs, but just now my phone went from 70% charge to 0% in about half an hour(while in charge), i only noticed at about 11% charge but it waa going down at about 1% every few seconds, which normally doesnt happen, i also didnt get the 15% warning. I have mobile data turned off, location off, brightness at 2/3rds the way up, i also have a screenshot of the battery screen but i dont know how to add attachments here

As you can see on your screenshot your network coverage it's terrible and you have WiFi on all the time.

Screen was on, probably you was running some resource intensive task that probably had the phone to heat and when that happen you can have the phone connected to the charger but the device as protection measure disabled the charge hence the sudden power off.

I was watching youtube but i can do that without this happening so i dont know what it could be, but a thing i noticed was that facebook would repeatedly stop working if i had it running in the background, so it might have been that?

I'm sorry to hear that.

My first thought was that something might be wrong with your battery, but as I understand it your phone is now working again? Is this a reoccurring event that the battery discharges from 70 to 0% in a short period of time or was this a one time event?

It's hard to say the exact cause for this after it's already happened but as previously suggested here it's not impossibly related to your network coverage.

If this has happened several times, have you noticed any pattern as to what might be causing it? For example, starting a specific application or performing a specific action.

If this has (so far) only happened once, please keep monitoring your phone and let me know if it should happen again!

I've had the same situation with my phone. It turned off suddenly when battery was around 70% with this icon of low battery on the screen. It happens recurently. Please see the screens.

Did anyone have the same problem and mayby know how to solved it? Battery is worned out?

Even I am having the same issue.battery is not even holding itself for an hour and its taking 5 to 6 hrs for full charge.but discharging in minutes.suggest me something. What should I do.we are losing faith on Sony.
