Be kind I’m not as young as I was. 🙂

I’m not at home so cancelled sky.
I’m back for a couple of days but don’t know how to set up to terrestrial tv.
just disconnected sky box and don’t know how to watch ordinary tv. Antenna not working I think

I'm not as young as once you were either.

Okay so you have connected your terrestrial antenna plug into the correct socket on your TV.

Press the Home button on your remote control.

Go to Settings.

Go to Channels & Inputs> Channels> Channel Setup> Auto Tuning.

The TV will then ask you which way you receive channels.

Select Aerial Digital.

Click on Set up.

Follow the onscreen instructions.

The TV should now automatically tune to all available terrestrial channels.

When done select Save.

The above instructions are for my Sony TV which may have a different menu system to yours,

but it should be broadly similar so may help you in achieving what you want.
