My TV lose Bluetooth connect to my remote control. How could I pair them back? I can’t go to tv settings to choose Bluetooth 😫

Yes, model is not easy to check, because I don’t have working remote control. But 75 or 80” Bravia it is 🙃

The model number of your TV should be on the white label at the back of the TV if that is accessible.

A lot of Sony TVs come with two remote controls, did your TV.

One remote is a small plastic thing that is Infra Red only you can use that remote to set up bluetooth so

you can pair with the bluetooth remote control.
