Hi,

Can anyone help, couple of years ago I purchased a Sony Bravia led TV. It decided to start playing up, Sony asked if I wanted a like for like TV replacement.I said no ill pay extra money and go for the Sony Bravia 8 77". The thing is my Sony Core is on my old account and I don't know how to change it, Can anyone help?

Hello,

Can anyone help me with this issue.

I purchased a Sony Bravia led TV a couple of years ago, 1 year into my owning the TV shadowing and dark spots especially in the corner's of the TV started appearing.Sony replaced the TV for a like for like, after 8 months shadowing and dark spots vineting started appearing once more!

Sony were going to replace me again with a like for like but i said no, so after tooing and frowing I put more money into a better Sony Bravia 8 TV.

The only thing is I haven't been updated

With a new Sony Bravia core pictures account I still have the old account.

I've Purchased a new TV it should be a brand new
