CAM module 4k and pixelated image KD65XH9296

As reported in other Italian and German forums and here too, after a few weeks of normal use of my 4k cam card, now whenever the CAM module is inserted at channels (digital and satellite) are affected by an awful pixelation and distorted video and audio. When I remove it everything worked well

anyone has the same problem? Workarounds or fixes?

Tried many times but whenever the CAM is inserted it does the same

I’ve now booked a repair. I think they’ll replace the motherboard. Hope it’ll work
