You can't roll back to a previous version of firmware/ software.

As the update was released on the 4th Dec 2024 and you are the only one reporting this particular issue it may be

more likely to be a loose connection between the camera and the TV.

If people were experiencing the same issue as you these pages would be full of similar complaints.

I recently installed the same update to my TV and have no problems.

It may just be coincidence that your camera issue has manifested itself at the same time you updated.

Check the connection between the camera and the TV.

Have you tried a Factory Reset to see if that improves things.

Hello, my name is Daniel and I own a Sony Bravia xr55A83J TV. Since the last update which was on December 4, 2024, the programs started to have macroblocks or artifacts, I mention that when the smart cam is removed the programs are perfectly visible ... when the Smart cam is inserted to decode the encoded programs, the macroblocks appear. For two years the TV worked perfectly, the problem appeared after the last update. I tried with other smart cams and the problem remained the same. Question to the experts: is it possible to downgrade to the penultimate software version? Thank you. Good day. ps: this is the version with problems. Software version: PKG6.7630.0876EUA
