Circles on my x95j

Hi all, my father has a x95j and in greys we can see circles all across the screen, at times this is incredibly distracting. It was bought with a 5 year warranty. Is this normal? Would this qualify for a replacement?

Any help would be appreciated.

You may struggle to persuade Sony to replace, but it is worth a try. I would contact Sony Support

What are those lights behind the TV? I could suggest a Factory Reset, but I doubt if it would make any difference.

Hi @Ddaniels0509 Looking at your picture again, the large circles appear to be the bright lights behind the TV. It is not projecting the back panel onto the screen is it?

Hi apologies for how slow I’ve been. It’s a govee t2 back light. Can confirm with it turned off the pattern is still on the screen

You'll need to contact Sony or the retailer whomever you have a warranty with and see what they can offer for you!
