Just taken delivery of sony bravia 8. dead on arrival. red led flashing. three white bars appear thats it. How do I get a refund or replacement please.

Hi @dollemorehunt I’m afraid that this is a public community forum of customers. You are not communicating with Sony. You need to contact the Retailer that sold you the set. Is there no customer support or sales contact information with the goods.
