It seems you have tried most things. The last thing that I would check is to confirm that the time is correct on your TV. Easiest wat is to click the home button and if the clock is correct the TV should have no problem connecting to the Iplayer servers etc.

After that unfortunately I would be doing a full factory reset to the TV. Then setting it backup again.

Good luck.

I've installed quite a few of these sets. I have to admit they can bit of a glitchy set with issues like this. They especially don't like it when any network settings get changed. They usually need a power cycle(full disconnect from the mains) and all functionality regularly comes back straight away. I know it always seems monotonous "have you done a full restart" but it often cures most issues with these sets.

Thanks for your reply. I have tried re-booting my router, switching off from the mains for a few minutes but still get the message something is wrong and the code. No idea how to find the code to be able to see what it says!

I actually downloaded NOW from Google and that actually opens so all the stuff that was already loaded on the TV is what will not open and yet for 2 days it worked!!
