Hi, my sony is 4k but when i try to watch sky atlantic it says that i have to change the resolution to 2160, when i try this nothing happens and it reverts back to 1080, my sky streaming puck says my TV isn't compatible ... why after being a 4k tv won't it work.

my sound bar is in the earc as it's meant to with the HDMI cable, i've tried an optical cable but that doesn't work either, so I'm guessing that i have a trouble in my TV

Problem most likely with the sky box is it a Q box.

Hi @toffee68. What is the full model number of your TV? It will start with KD, XR or K. You need to ensure that the HDMI input port is set to Enhanced. Without the full model number it is difficult to help you.

Hi @toffee68. How about the length and quality of the high speed HDMI lead? Are you using the Sky supplied cable?

I had almost the same problem, changed the HDMI cable and the problem was solved. I hope it works for you!
