Hello, just setting this tv up today and when we go to use bravia core app it states something has gone wrong and to check my wifi. Wifi is fine and everything else works? Can anyone help?

To quote Sony - "BRAVIA CORE" is Sony's original content service exclusively for BRAVIA XR.

Your TV is not XR.

That's a shame. I'm getting conflicting information and have notifications on the tv and at point of sale and on Sony it says :

When you buy the X75WL TV, you can choose five movies to redeem and stream for up to 12 months. You can register for a SONY PICTURES CORE account to start browsing the library. To register, you must be 18 years of age or older and accept the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

The app is on the tv and remote too?

Is the App titled Bravia Core (software not up to date) or Sony Pictures Core? Mine is showing Sony Picture Core.

The button says bravia core but the app on the TV is Sony picture core..

It does say theres a newer version but doesn't let me as far to do it, says to check my wifi. I've restarted my router, and the tv twice

You could use the USB method or if it is feasible, run an Ethernet cable from your Router. Perhaps once it is updated, the WiFi will work.
