Bravia / Disney + wrong region?

Hi- I have a Bravia 4k. I tried to download Disney + via the play store and the only version is the Indian one (Hotstar), and on the sony store it says it’s not available. I am based in the UK, bought the TV here.

Thought it was a problem with my region set up, but there is no ‘region’ option in settings. Google account all looks ok. Not sure why I’m getting the Indian Hotstar version rather than standard Disney + . Anyone had this problem ?

@Kelsalm, what's your TV model number? Also, where did you create your Google account?

It’s a 4k UR3

i set up the google account in singapore, but changed location to the UK when I moved back to London

Hey @Kelsalm

I'm afraid that 4K UR3 is not a Sony TV model that we're aware of. You can find the full model on a white sticker at the back of the TV.
