Unable to cast channel 4 to Bravia TV

Hi I am new to the community .

I am recently unable to cast channel 4 player to my Bravia Smart TV 2019 model .

i have tried all the usual troubleshooting .

message says it is not available , but I used to be able to do this .

any help please and thank you .

its not my iPhone or the Wi-Fi connection .

Hi @Marella We need the full model number of your TV, it will start with KD or XR. Then we can check that it supports Airplay2, required to cast video.

Hasn't it got All4 (now called Channel 4) as one of the apps on this TV?
