As stated no one has any answers just questions. That's no use at all, is there not an expert who can help everyone?

Perhaps you don’t realise that this is a public community forum, and not Sony customer support. We are all customers like yourself and under no obligation to provide any answers.

If you would like some answers from Sony, then you need to contact Sony Support
