Remote control volume issue

A little person in the family has been playing with the Sony remote and now the volume button will not work, this is the second time this has happened. Can anyone rescue me please

Hey @lovelylegs01 can you tell us the TV model name as explained here. Also, you can try these steps and test if the remote will work:

1. Make sure that the battery terminals are clean.

2. Insert new batteries into the remote control

3. Remove the batteries, press and hold the power button for five seconds, then re-insert the batteries.

4. Perform a camera test using this link.

After all of this if the issue remained I think contacting Sony Support will be the best option.
