Hi @Jamesbooker You can ask Sony Support but I suspect the chances are zero. How about 2nd hand complete TV off an auction site. Sony don’t even replace one year old panels, they replace the entire TV.

@Jamesbooker I don't think it's possible to replace the screen, but it depends on the core of the issue honestly, is it physically damaged?
