Audio Description on EPG guide

My TV has suddenly got audio description for the EPG guide only not for watching live TV. Anyone know how to turn this off?

Did you not think to include the model number of your TV, it's kinda helpful to do that.

Only thing that I can think of is you have activated the Screen Reader function.

Press Setting on your remote control and click on Settings on screen.

Scroll down to System, click right for Accessibility and right again.

Scroll down to Screen Reader and check to see if that has been enabled.

The path above is for my TV, yours maybe a different Sony model which has a slightly different path so use the above as a guide not an absolute.

Hi, thank you for your reply. However, after posting I managed to resolve
the issue. It was a setting on Freeview that caused the issue, "Voice to
Text" which I switched off under Channel 555 that has accessibility
settings for Freeview.
