Hi when I go on to my apps on sony tv, it usually says 'see all' at the end, but it's coming up 'reorder' how do I get it to come back to 'see all'. Thanks

Take the apps display out of ‘Edit’ mode.

Hi thanks for the reply it's actually on the home screen page where it says "your apps" I rang sony yesterday he said it was a firmware update that's why it's like that, but it's annoying cis I like to go onto "see All" 😂

Hi @Tracey335 That sounds like a "brush off" to me. What is the full model number of your TV?

Hi its XR-65A84L we tried putting it back to factory settings but still not worked, we have 2 tvs it's done it on both

I do believe this is due to the update, as long as it's done it on both of your TV, mostly it's an update by Google.

Did this update change your ability to reach all apps though?

I believe there is a tab there where you can access all apps.
