Hi all any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m getting this message when I try to record. I have registered the Hd and formatted it on the tv but still can’t record, any suggestions please.

Sorry for the late reply I’ve been away the model number is Bravia 4k GB ATV3

Hi @Stormyboy The full model number should start with KD or XR and will look like XR-55A95K or KD-55XE9305.
