My tv turns off at 7.05 every evening when we are watching itv +1, why?

My tv turns off at 7.05 every evening while watching itv +1, it immediately turns back on and returns to the homescreen. The sleep timer is set to never come on so I have no idea why it does it, any help?

No idea why it does it, but try, as an experiment, a preemptive power down and restart after 6.05 in the evening.

If it still powers off at 7.05, then it’s something to do with what’s happening at that time; see if you can correlate with any other electrical activity in or near your home. Like somebody arriving home in an EV, and plugging it in to recharge….

But if it stays on, it’s a timer thing. What time do you normally switch it on? e.g. if 7.05 am, and it stays on all day, there’s a 12-hour timer operating somehow….
