Bluetooth headphones stopped working /tv sound still on

My 49xf7596 did an update last week, my Bluetooth headphones connect and sound continued to come from the TV tried uninstall & different headphones also volume graphics do not show when headphones connected. the volume on the headphones is not effected by the volume control.

Any ideas

Your TV do not support natively Bluetooth headphones, so how did you connect them before the update ? Using a third party app?

Yes via a 3rd party app. Worked for about 2-3 years until now

So you should check with the third party developer or try a new one

Tried a different app, because the old one was removed as not required after pairing
