Are they going to fix Dolby Vision colour problems on XF9005 and other sets?

Since the last update in May 2021 Dolby Vision on this set is prone to start showing content with missing colours for each shot the material has so every cut change or scene it looks different sometime witha green or blue cast, also had purple. Its like the TV stops getting the metadata from the DV streams and its crashed something on the TV. Its extremely frustating when it happens and will continue to do it for all apps and DV content their on in. Only a full powercycle seems to fix it, that is unitl it happens again. Its really annoying please fix Sony this is not acceptable. I know I am not the only user affected by it either.

Hey there, as you said the last update for this TV was released May 2021, so maybe a new update will be released soon to address this issue.

Also, I think they already started the rollout for this update in other regions, so fingers crossed.

Not seeing any new firmware on their website which is where it usually appears first.

Hey @crystalgipsy, the new update hasn't been released yet :(. Are you facing the Dolby vision issue on all the contents and resolutions?

Now it’s 2024 a still the problems. When does Sony fix this?
