      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I bought my Sony Bravia 65XG8906 tv a few months ago &amp;amp; all was great, until the tv recently installed an update, where now I am seeing a message "WiFi Not Connected" in the top right corner of the screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I was hopping that someone might be able to advise me on how to stop this message coming up. I read a few posts on here with different models having had a similar problem, with a few different ideas, but none of them have worked for me &amp;amp; that includes my doing a factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've checked the network status &amp;amp; my connection shows that I have a full signal strength etc. I've had my line &amp;amp; router checked by BT where everything passed &amp;amp; I have at least a 60mbs fibre optic speed, so I know that's all ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had the connection fail while checking the connection &amp;amp; everything suggested in the 'Trouble shoot the problem is all standard stuff that I know I have checked or tried.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is driving me mad &amp;amp; I hope someone can offer advise that will work. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is not easy to understand from your message if the tv does not connect to the wifi at all or doesn't route to internet...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the first case there is something that probably obstacle . How far the router is? 2.4 or 5 ghz ? May you try cabling it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks all for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had engineers from both BT &amp;amp; Sky come out, as Sky TV started locking up, so it turns out a setting in the Sky system was causing a conflict in my router. The Sky engineer said that my BT hub6 has a bad habit of causing problems with Sky Q, in fact the Sky Q mini box was trying to start before the main Sky Q box &amp;amp; this caused the a fault in the 5ghz router settings. So he updated the Sky Q settings &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp; this corrected the conflict, but he had to reset the router &amp;amp; both Sky boxes which then stopped my tv dropping it's connection to my router, so all sorted......which I hope makes sense.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So thanks again for all your help &amp;amp; advice, it is much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I started to get this problem too after the recent update.&amp;nbsp; Most days I have to reset the WIFI details in the TV - it is really annoying and I had no problems with this before.&amp;nbsp; There is no WIFI issue here as I am working from home these past weeks and no interruption in the WIFI service.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know a fix?&amp;nbsp; I have a Bravia Android 43 but it doesn't seem to be related to the size of the TV &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.se/html/@3191CA7235A406D833094BA2DD1CF2FF/images/smilies/011.png" alt=":slight_smile:" title=":slight_smile:" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; There must have been a problem with the last update?&amp;nbsp; Is there a fix please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just installed my new Bravia - the BT Router is next to the TV so signal is excellent. Every 10 to 20 minutes a warning ‘Wi-Fi not connected’ pops up on top right hand corner. There is definitely no problem with the WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I occasionally get this error even though I have entered the router pw. I just ignore it now and usually it rectifies itself. If you do a hard reboot - hold the on off for about the 10 secs - and it miraculously goes away. I love this TV except for this issue and the Youview contact tie in, but there is a workaround for that if you need it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
