    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi JVI2409,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the issue is that intermittent, I think the best thing to do would be following Sony's advice. Make a video as soon as you it happens next and send it so they can investigate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Win_88&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>KD55A1 Picture 'overlay' problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The picture on my TV suffers from being overlaid by what I can only describe as 'cloud shapes'. It ruins my ability to watch programmes. It has occurred 3 times in the last 3 months. I tried switching off and then unplugging all attached devices including the tv and restarting. This to no avail. Twice I found that leaving the TV (only) switched off overnight the problem goes away. On the second occasion I needed to speak to support who had me reset to factory settings to get the picture back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the latest occurrence I was asked to video it next time it happens, £3000 for a now 18 month old TV, to await the problem happening again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
